By purchasing access to the livestream of the 2025 LMEA State Marching Championships, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Organizer Responsibility
This livestream is produced and managed by Your Day Video Production, LLC, in partnership with the Louisiana Music Educators Association (LMEA) and Lafayette Music.. While the LMEA is a co-owner of the recorded content, it is not responsible for the livestream broadcast, ticket sales, technical performance, customer communications, or refunds. All inquiries related to the livestream must be directed to Your Day Video Production.

2. Content Ownership and Permissions
All video, audio, and associated media of this event are jointly owned by Your Day Video Production, LLC and LMEA. By attending or appearing in this event, participants and audience members grant permission to be included in the livestream and related recordings.

3. Ticketing and Refund Policy
Ticket purchases are processed securely through EventLive using Your Day Video Production’s Stripe account.
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the LMEA State Marching Championships is canceled in its entirety. No refunds will be granted for individual performance cancellations, schedule changes, or technical interruptions beyond the organizer’s control. 

4. Accuracy of Event Information
Event details, pricing, taxes, and broadcast times have been provided to the best of the organizer’s knowledge. Your Day Video Production is not responsible for typographical errors, schedule adjustments, or unforeseen technical issues that may impact the live viewing experience.

5. Liability
By purchasing access, you agree that neither LMEA, Lafayette Music nor Your Day Video Production shall be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from viewing or inability to view the livestream, except as required by law.

6. Agreement to Terms
Completion of your purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of your responsibilities as a ticket holder.
